Welcome to Little "S" Cabins where you come as a guest and stay as friends. Relax with the whole family in our peaceful, cozy cabin. We sit on a quiet street, with no streetlights blocking the view of the stars. This is the perfect getaway for a family, couple, or friends who need an escape. Our cozy 710 sqft cabin is located in Heber-Overgaard, AZ, just 3 hours from the Phoenix area.
Cabin basics
Our master bedroom has a comfy KING bed and our second room has 1 Queen bed. We do have a twin air mattress available and a twin roll-away bed in the living room. We offer a fully stocked coffee bar including tea and hot chocolate. Our kitchen is well stocked with almost everything you will need to cook your meals. Electric fireplace, ETS heating, and wall heaters in both bedrooms. During the summer months we offer a portable AC and floor fans to cool the cabin. Multiple yard games, fire pit, grill, and a hammock provide outside entertainment for all ages. Fishing just 30 min away at Willow Springs lake and Woods Canyon lake. Hiking trails nearby,along with horseback riding, off-road trails.
House Rules:
*No smoking inside. $200 fine for smoking inside the cabin or butts found on the ground outside.
* No illegal drugs or illegal activity
*DOGS allowed. $150 fine for pet feces left on premises
* No parties, large gatherings, or events.
* No overnight guests. $100 fee per person per night for any unregistered guest.
No roof access
No fireworks or shooting off guns
No cats allowed due to serious allergy
